As the operational manager of National New Markets Fund (NNMF), a three-time NMTC allocatee, SDS has invested our allocation across the country in 13 projects in addition to representing investment clients around the country. We have represented more than $1 billion of projects. The NNMF project experience covers a broad range from charter schools, historic buildings, and film studios to nonprofit headquarters, hospitals and industrial parks.
