NATIONAL NEW MARKETS FUND, LLC

The National New Markets Fund ("NNMF") is an organization which supports economic revitalization and community development through its investments in, and technical assistance to, real estate development projects located in urban and rural low-income communities. NNMF strives to foster positive economic, social, and environmental impacts in each project in which it invests.

NNMF uses its New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Allocation to incentivize financial institutions to provide credit, capital, and financial services to underserved populations and communities across the United States. NNMF uses its NMTC Allocation to support the development of quality affordable housing, commercial, and industrial real estate projects which will have a catalytic impact on low-income communities. Our NMTC investments enable developers of impactful projects better access to the capital needed to support economic development initiatives that promote job creation, business development, community services and commercial real estate development.
