Kent Hatch - Compliance Manager
SDS Activities
As a Compliance Manager, Mr. Hatch oversees compliance and monitoring issues for National New Markets Fund's $75 million in New Market Tax Credits allocations. In this capacity, Mr. Hatch is involved in maintaining federally compliant entities for the New Market Tax Credits program, administering deal funding, and monitoring reporting to the Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Fund. Mr. Hatch also provides Implan community impact data for future, ongoing, and past NNMF and SDS projects.
Prior Experience
Previously, Mr. Hatch provided NMTC Compliance support for Genesis LA, a non-profit organization in Los Angeles.
